Extend consistent branding to every piece of communication.

Emory relies on us to help with a variety of communications throughout their organization. Website content. Advancing Your Health blog. Service line case studies. Patient stories. Annual reports and technical editing. Collaboration is key to making each project successful. We work with Emory’s team of marketing and digital leaders to manage an ongoing schedule of projects. Our content experts meet WriterGirl quality standards, closely follow Emory tone and voice guidelines, and hit every deadline.

OhioHealth

A healthcare system of 11 hospitals, 200+ ambulatory sites, hospice, home health, medical equipment and other health services spanning 47 Ohio counties

Update content to refresh the brand and user experience.

OhioHealth had a complete content overhaul underway and needed to expand their internal resources to keep the project on track. They turned to WriterGirl as a strategic partner skilled in projects of significant scope. A WriterGirl project manager led a team of eight writers and editors to deliver compelling content that met their requirements and timelines. From there our collaboration grew to include OhioHealth’s monthly wellness blog, physician group web pages, annual community reports and more.

Build relationships with families through readable, relatable content.

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) tackled a full website redesign aimed at building relationships with families throughout the continuum of care. In less than a year, our project manager led a team of six writers and editors to consolidate and rewrite hundreds of pages to be more mobile- and patient-friendly. CHOA continues to rely on WriterGirl to write content for their blog Keeping Families Healthy, and most recently, their employee intranet overhaul.

Roswell Park logo

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center

One of the first centers in the nation to combine patient care, research laboratories and state-of-the-art core facilities in one immunotherapy program

Fine-tune content strategy to grab patient-candidates’ attention.

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center’s marketing team asked WriterGirl to create a consumer-focused content strategy for the Roswell Park Center for Immunotherapy website. The website already spoke beautifully to a primary audience of clinicians, researchers and donors. But Roswell Park wanted to attract viable patient-candidates for its extensive immunotherapy clinical trials. WriterGirl’s solution addressed major topic areas: content purpose, standards, assessment and recommendations; users, key messaging and success metrics.

El Camino Health logo

El Camino Health

Nonprofit organization that has served South San Francisco Bay Area communities for over 50 years

Overhaul digital content to increase awareness and visibility in the marketplace.

El Camino Health’s digital marketing team was doing more than redesigning their website when they reached out to WriterGirl. They were essentially starting from scratch. We helped give them a fresh approach to content to better connect with their communities. WriterGirl developed a new editorial voice, created site maps and wrote more than 400 web pages for more than 30 service lines. We used existing resources, conducted research and interviewed experts to glean up-to-date and differentiating information. Because prospective patients look for doctors they can feel comfortable with, we updated hundreds of physician profiles with consumer-friendly information that puts patients at ease. In addition to this content work, WriterGirl also helped El Camino in their rebranding process from El Camino Hospital to El Camino Health.
